I pull from both my professional and personal experience to offer a grounded, down to earth approach that also integrates evidence based practice. My focus is centered on a holistic understanding of being, which extends beyond just the mind but also includes a person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. With an understanding of these connections, I help you to create a plan with different paths to navigate through challenges and learn new skills to help you uncover your best self and life.
