Reaching out for support can be an overwhelming process, which is why we allow it to slide further down on our to do list or simply avoid it altogether. It can be hard to even know where to start. You have already taken the most important step and are here! My purpose is to make the rest of this process easier and to support you each step of the way forward. There is no better time than now to prioritize yourself and your relationships.

Life can get hectic and busy schedules can make it difficult to find time for other commitments. To fit your lifestyle needs, I offer flexible appointments, which include evenings and weekends. I currently offer both in-person sessions as well as virtual therapy, if you are looking to connect from the comfort of your own home. You never have to wait for support when you need it the most!
